Our facility

Zest is a 3000 square foot fitness facility. On the ground floor is our group training facility which is comprised of strength rigs, benches, barbells and free weights and ample floor space for our fun challenging wods.

On the second floor is our small but fully equipped gym/personal training suite,comprising of a full range of cardio equipment and strength training equipment and free weights.
